Postage and packing Information

We use Royal Mail first class post for UK deliveries and standard airmail if sending to EU or The Rest of the World. Delivery within the UK is £5.90. 

 

We have options for you to choose “Next day delivery” for UK deliveries, the service we use is “Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm”. Orders need to be placed by 12pm Monday to Friday to use this service. Any orders placed after this time or over a weekend will be sent the next working day.

 

For The EU and Rest of the world deliveries if you require a “tracked & signed” more secure service there is an option to choose “International Tracked & Signed”.

 

There is also an option for “Express Courier” delivery for the EU this means the parcel should arrive with you the next working day as long as you have placed your order by 12pm (12.00hrs UK time) the previous day. Although this isn’t guaranteed.

These further postage options are at an additional cost. You can choose from these options where they are offered during checkout.

We do our very best to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that we only dispatch Monday to Friday.

We are ensure the bean bags are sent packaged securely in a strong mail bag. Your invoice will be folded and placed inside the mailing bag. 

There is also a gift wrap service available for any item, we will automatically remove any pricing from gift wrap orders.  If you wish for us to remove prices for a non-gift wrap option, please let us know via the order notes at checkout. We are always happy to help.

All of the items on the website are held in stock. We always attempt to adjust the site if stocks are running low. If a particular product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you.
